Midnight Coders empowers application developers with tools to produce and deliver sophisticated online applications. The goal for our products is to enable a new generation of web applications with enhanced UI capabilities, robust client-server communication, streamlined data synchronization, transactions support and real-time messaging. Our flagship product, WebORB, is a platform for developing and
runnin rich internet applications. Using WebORB, application developers can create Flex, Flash Remoting or AJAX applications that seamlessly integrate with the backend logic developed in any of the supported server-side programming languages. |

THE TEAM |

Mark Piller
With more than 13 years of experience in developing
distributed computing applications, Mark has applied
his deep technical acumen to produce the state of
the art presentation server platform known as WebORB.
Prior to Midnight Coders, Mark worked at webMethods
and was responsible for architecting the company's
SOA solution. Prior experience includes leading the
design and implementation of multiple features of
Glue, a web-services platform from The Mind Electric
that was acquired by webMethods, as well as senior
technical positions with ObjectSpace, MCI and SABRE.

Stewart Bush
Mr. Bush has 25 years of management experience in
the software industry with 15 years at the executive
level in both early stage and publicly traded
companies. He is currently the Chairman of the Board
of AtLink Communications with operations in Houston,
TX and Sri Lanka. Prior to founding AtLink
Communications, Stewart was COO and co-founder of The
Mind Electric, establishing it as one of the most
widely used and successful web services platform
vendors. The Mind Electric was acquired by webMethods.
His prior experience included executive sales
positions at Segue Software (acquired by Borland),
Talarian Corporation (acquired by Tibco) and
ObjectSpace. Mr. Bush also held technical management
positions at Texas Instruments and Atherton
Technology. Mr. Bush holds a BA in Mathematics from
the University of South Florida.

Kathleen Erickson
Kathleen brings 20 years of sales and marketing
experience from working for entrepreneurial companies,
such as effectiveUI, Massively Parallel Technologies,
and VoiceLog. She is a co-patentee (patent-pending) on
a large scale computing solution designed for retail
loss prevention. She was also retained by industry
giant Hewlett Packard to provide strategic and
tactical marketing services. The past three years have
been focused on selling High Performance Computing
solutions and RIA professional design and development
services.
