My 'Flex and .NET' presentation via Breeze
I gave a presentation to the Manhattan's Adobe Users Group on the subject of Flex and .NET integration. The presentation has been recorded (it was done via Breeze) and is now available at:

It should not require an Adobe Connect login, so anyone can watch the presentation.

Nice .NET presentation, I think you could actually devote an hour to both Messaging and Data Services. Getting into the code and some of the black box elements of data services.
Security is another issue and I know it's a huge topic but some best practices for advanced security based on your many years of RIA development would be very cool.
