Hi All,

I'm trying to download WebOrb for .NET and when I click Download button appear this message: 'Product download request is being processed. You should see the browser 'Save File' window shortly.'. But where will I see the Save File window??? It doesn't appears anywhere!!

Thanks for any tips!

It depends on the browser you use. Are you familiar with how your browser downloads files and prompts to save them?

Just tried with IE7 and it works just fine for me. Do you have any other browser you could try it with?

Hi,

I just tested it, and I was unable to find any problems with download. Please check a default directory for all downloads for case if you configured browser save files automatically

I am facing the same problem. I have used both Firefox 6 and IE 7. Any other alternatives? I had emailed the same to support as well, but no response.

Cheers!
