Is this because the traffic in these forums has fallen to zero, or because moderators aren't approving posts? If there's a better place to go for active community support, I'd like to hear it.
I've just recommended WebOrb for Java to a client, but the obvious errors in the Data Management SQL for MySQL (case sensitivity), the error I got on the test drive once I'd fixed that (illegal override of addAll), the apparently inability to configure WebOrb as an LCDS server in Flash Builder 4 (reported version is too low), and now my discovery that the forums are completely dead, are all really making me wonder if I haven't steered my client down the wrong path.
I would greatly appreciate some reassurance from the community or Midnight Coders that this is in fact a stable, active and supported product.

The forum is alive and well now. There was a problem in the database, but it is fixed. The forum where WebORB for Java is discussed is at http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/flashorb (as the link from the WebORB for Java product page suggests: http://www.themidnightcoders.com/products/weborb-for-java/developer-den.html) Some of the issues you mentioned have been commented on and resolutions have been provided on the forum I linked above. There are no compatibility issues between Flash Builder 4 and WebORB for Java. Regards, Mark
