Data24-7
Analytics & DataLook up real-time phone, carrier, identity, and contact data through the Data247 API. Agents confirm line type and SMS reachability before a message is sent and resolve identity before a record is trusted.
What This Integration Enables
Data24-7 is where contact data stops being hygiene and starts being risk. The other validators on this site answer whether a value is well formed and deliverable. Data24-7 answers who is behind it. Reverse Phone Append and Reverse Email Append resolve a bare identifier into a full name, mailing address, business or residential flag and probable gender with a confidence percentage. Verify Phone Owner goes further and states whether the number is actually owned by the person who claimed it, returning the subscriber name on record. Score User Identity rates a signup from 1 to 100 and returns a matches object showing exactly which of city, state, ZIP, company, first name and last name agreed with the supplied phone number and IP address, plus human-readable notes such as VOIP Phone Used.
That shift changes what the verdict is for. A deliverability check decides whether a message is worth sending. An identity verdict decides whether a real person gets an account, gets a call, or gets flagged. The connector also carries the plumbing that decision needs: carrier and line type lookups that reveal whether a number can receive SMS at all, USPS address standardization, IP geolocation with proxy and VPN signals, and a Do-Not-Call surface covering both the Federal registry and the account's own internal suppression list. Carrier, line type, reverse phone and Do-Not-Call lookups accept up to 99 numbers per call, so screening a dialing list is one request rather than ninety-nine.

Use Case Scenarios
Screening a signup before the account is created
A B2B trial signup arrives. The agent runs Score Business Email to test whether the address belongs to a real person at a legitimate business, Reverse Phone Append to resolve the number to a name and address, and Score User Identity to cross-check the two against each other and against the IP. Signups scoring above 80 with a matching name provision immediately and the resolved record lands in Salesforce Pro. Signups scoring under 50 with notes such as Temporary Email Address Used are declined with a message inviting the person to sign up with a work address. Everything between goes to a person, which is the case the next section covers.
Screening a dialing list before it reaches the dialer
Before an outbound list loads, the agent sends it through Check Do Not Call Status in batches of 99 and reads back OK-TO-DIAL, FEDERAL DNC, INTERNAL DNC or UNAUTHORIZED per number. Anything not marked OK-TO-DIAL is held. UNAUTHORIZED is treated as a stop rather than a pass, because it means the account is not subscribed to that area code in the Federal registry and the agent therefore does not know the answer. The agent then runs Look Up Line Type on the survivors and splits mobiles from landlines and VOIP, so SMS follow-up through Twilio only ever targets numbers that can receive it.
Enriching a lead that arrived with one field
An inbound lead arrives with nothing but a phone number, or nothing but an email address. The agent runs Reverse Phone Append or Reverse Email Append to recover the name, mailing address and business or residential flag, calls Look Up Carrier to get the carrier and the email-to-SMS gateway, and calls Verify Postal Address to standardize the recovered address to USPS format before it is stored. The rep opens a complete record instead of a phone number and a shrug. Where the append returns a business address, the agent posts the match into Slack so the rep can confirm it is the right entity before outreach.
Human-in-Loop Highlight
Score User Identity is explicit about its own uncertainty: the vendor states that scores under 50 are generally suspicious and scores over 80 are generally legitimate. That leaves a wide middle band the scoring service itself declines to interpret, and it is exactly where real customers with a new phone number, a recent move, or a shared office IP land. An agent that picks a threshold inside that band and enforces it is inventing a verdict the data does not contain, and the person on the wrong side of it never finds out why their account was refused. So the FlowRunner agent does not choose. Scores between 50 and 80 pause the flow and go to a reviewer with the score, the matches object showing which fields agreed, and the notes array verbatim: "Signup 3319, score 63. First name and state matched the phone. ZIP and company did not. Notes: VOIP Phone Used. Approve, decline, or request a work email?" The reviewer answers in the channel, the agent resumes, and the decision is attributed. Remove From Do Not Call List is held to the same rule for the same reason, since it is the one action here that puts a number a person asked you to stop calling back into dialing rotation. This is what human-in-the-loop means in a risk workflow: the agent does everything it can prove, and hands over everything it cannot.
Agent Capabilities
26 actionsAccount
3- Get Account Balance Returns the current prepaid balance of the account behind the configured API key. Used before large batches, since queries fail with an insufficient funds error once the balance is exhausted.
- Get Account Rate Card Returns the account's capabilities and the per-query price of every data service, including access flags for Canadian, international and consumer profile data and the area codes subscribed for Do-Not-Call lookups. Used to confirm an entitlement exists before a flow depends on it.
- Get Account Usage Returns usage statistics for the current day, month or year with a per-service breakdown of spend and query count. Used for cost monitoring and for attributing consumption to individual services.
Carrier and Line Type
3- Look Up Carrier Performs a United States and Canada carrier lookup and returns the carrier name and id, a wireless indicator, and the email-to-SMS and email-to-MMS gateway addresses. The standard way to decide whether a number can receive text messages. Accepts up to 99 numbers per call.
- Look Up International Carrier Performs a worldwide carrier lookup and returns carrier, wireless indicator, country and ISO country code. Numbers must include their country code and the account needs international access enabled. Accepts up to 99 numbers per call.
- Look Up Line Type Returns only the line type as M for mobile, L for landline or V for VOIP. A cheaper alternative to a full carrier lookup when the workflow only needs to route SMS, filter out VOIP, or apply wireless calling rules. Accepts up to 99 numbers per call.
Contact Append
8- Append Phone Number Returns the phone numbers associated with a name and postal address for residential or business listings, including the primary phone with its type and up to five additional numbers.
- Append Email Address Returns the email address associated with a name and postal address, echoing back the matched contact name and address so the record you were matched against can be confirmed.
- Append Name From Phone Returns the subscriber name for a phone number. A lightweight caller-name lookup for when you need to identify who owns a number without the full postal address.
- Reverse Phone Append Returns the full name and mailing address behind a phone number, plus email address, business name, a business or residential flag and probable gender with confidence. The primary way to enrich an inbound call or lead that arrived with only a number. Accepts up to 99 numbers per call.
- Reverse Email Append Returns the name, postal address and phone number behind an email address, plus business name, a business or residential flag and probable gender with confidence. Used to enrich sign-ups that captured only an email address.
- Append Gender Returns probable gender from a first or given name with a percentage likelihood. Statistical rather than authoritative, so the confidence percentage should decide whether the workflow acts on it at all.
- Append Consumer Profile Returns consumer profile data for a person identified by name and postal address. Requires profile access on the account, which Get Account Rate Card confirms. The attributes returned depend on account entitlements and are not a fixed set.
- Append Property Data Returns property records for a United States street address covering ownership and mailing address, home statistics, assessed value, latest sale price and date, equity percentage, foreclosure status and the assessor's parcel number. United States addresses only.
Address and Location
4- Verify Postal Address Validates a United States postal address and returns it corrected to USPS standards, broken into components down to ZIP+4, along with county, FIPS code, congressional district, area code, timezone and delivery point barcode.
- Append ZIP Code Returns the ZIP and ZIP+4 for a United States address with the standardized components and geographic metadata. The street address is optional, so a city and state alone resolve to the ZIP data for that locality.
- Look Up ZIP Code Details Returns detail about a ZIP code including the street or street range it covers, city, state, county, FIPS code, congressional district, area code, timezone and the company name when the ZIP belongs to a single organization.
- Look Up IP Location Returns the geographic location of an IP address plus optional connection intelligence and abuse signals including proxy, VPN, Tor, cloud provider and known-attacker flags. Used for both personalization and fraud screening.
Verification and Fraud
5- Verify Phone Number Verifies that a number is in service and able to accept inbound calls, returning an active flag with a high or low confidence level. Active YES at high confidence is the strongest reachability signal available here.
- Verify Phone Owner Confirms whether a number is owned by a specified person or company, returning a match flag, the actual subscriber name on record, the line type and whether the phone is in service. Used to validate the number supplied during an application or checkout.
- Verify Email Address Checks whether an email address is valid and deliverable, returning a valid flag, a reason for the verdict, and whether the address belongs to a free consumer provider. Optional disposable address detection catches throwaway mailboxes.
- Score Business Email Scores from 1 to 100 how likely an address is to belong to a real person at a legitimate business, with the signals behind the score and classifications for email type, mail infrastructure, domain age, website status and mailbox type. A signup-gating heuristic, not a deliverability check.
- Score User Identity Scores a signup from 1 to 100 for identity confidence, returning a matches object cross-checking city, state, ZIP, company, first name and last name against the supplied phone number and IP address, plus readable notes. The scores that fall between the vendor's stated bands are the ones an agent should route to a person rather than decide.
Do Not Call
3- Check Do Not Call Status Checks a number against the Federal Do-Not-Call registry and the account's own internal list, returning OK-TO-DIAL, FEDERAL DNC, INTERNAL DNC, or UNAUTHORIZED when the account is not subscribed to that area code. Accepts up to 99 numbers per call.
- Add To Do Not Call List Adds a number to the account's internal suppression list so later checks return INTERNAL DNC. Affects the account's own list only, never the Federal registry.
- Remove From Do Not Call List Removes a number from the account's internal suppression list, restoring dialing eligibility unless it also appears on the Federal registry. The one write here that puts a number back into rotation, which is why it belongs behind an approval rather than inside an unattended cleanup.
