What This Integration Enables
FlowRunner agents use Demio to run webinar enrollment as an operational workflow. An agent can resolve a webinar and its session, register a lead captured anywhere, and hand the participant their unique join link. After the event it can read who registered and who attended, then route each group into the right follow-up. The registrations that are routine happen without a person. Lead-to-Webinar Enrollment
A lead clears qualification in the CRM. The agent calls List Events to find the upcoming webinar, then Get Event to read the session date ID from its dates array. It registers the lead with Register Participant, captures the returned join link, and emails the participant their personal link with prep details. The lead is enrolled and confirmed without anyone touching the registration.
Post-Webinar Follow-Up Routing
After the session runs, the agent calls List Session Participants with an attendance filter. Attendees receive a recording and a next-step email. Non-attendees receive a replay invitation. Each group is synced back to the CRM with the right status, so the follow-up matches what each person actually did.
Named-Account Invite Gate
A qualified lead belongs to a target account the sales team is actively working. The agent recognizes the account, and instead of sending the standard invite, it holds the registration for the account owner. Routine leads still enroll automatically. The named account gets a personal touch from the person who owns the relationship.
Human-in-Loop Highlight
When the agent is about to register a lead who belongs to a named or high-value account, it does not send the standard automated invite. It pauses and routes to the account owner through their preferred channel: "[Lead] at [Account] qualified for the [Webinar] on [date]. This is one of your named accounts. Send the standard invite, or do you want to register them and reach out personally?" The owner decides. The accounts that carry real revenue get a human at the moment the invite represents the relationship.
