Formaloo
FormsFormaloo is a no-code form builder and customer data platform. Agents build forms and fields, read and write submissions, organize boards and folders, run email and WhatsApp campaigns, generate PDFs, and react the moment a form is submitted, edited or paid.
What This Integration Enables
Most form tools hand you a spreadsheet and wish you luck. Formaloo keeps going: the answers become a customer data set, the data set becomes a board that people log into, and the same platform sends the email and WhatsApp campaigns that go back out to the audience the form collected. That is a genuinely different commitment, and it makes the form schema live infrastructure rather than a document. A field is not just a question, it is a column other things read.
FlowRunner agents work every layer of that. They build forms and fields from a schema your own system owns, read and write submissions with filters against any field, render PDFs, drive recurring submissions for repeating checklists, and administer workspaces, seats and teams. Because the platform can also send to customers, the human-in-the-loop steps here sit at two boundaries: anything that reaches an audience, and anything that changes a form people have already answered.

Use Case Scenarios
-
Every submission lands in the CRM with its receipt attached
On Form Event fires for a new submission. The agent calls Get Submission and reads the answers in their readable form, then upserts the respondent in HubSpot using the email answer as the key. Generate Submission PDF renders the intake form from a PDF template, and the link goes onto the contact record so sales sees the completed document without leaving the CRM. Create Row Tag marks the row as processed, which narrows every later List Form Submissions call and makes a re-run cheap.
-
The response inbox that triages itself into the right channel
A single intake form takes bug reports, refund requests and sales inquiries. The agent reads each submission, decides which of the three it is, and posts a summary to the matching channel in Slack. It writes the outcome back with Create Row Tag and Update Submission so the row carries its own triage label. Where the answer is a lead, the record is added to a draft campaign built with Create Campaign against an email template, but Send Immediately stays off until the campaign owner has read the draft. Overnight, List Form Submissions with a date window appends the day's rows to Google Sheets alongside Get Form Statistics and Get Workspace Usage, so the plan limit is visible before it is hit.
-
A field type has to change on a form that is already collecting
Someone built a free text field for a value that should have been a number, and reporting has been broken ever since. The agent prepares the migration: Get Field reads the current definition, Get Field Type Compatibility reports whether the new type can carry the existing answers, and List Form Submissions samples what is actually in that column. Then it stops and puts the choice in front of the form owner, because the version of this change that cleans up the column is also the version that erases what respondents already sent.
Human-in-Loop Highlight
Change Field Type has an option that discards every answer already submitted for that field. Not archives, discards, on a form that respondents have been filling in for months. Formaloo ships Get Field Type Compatibility precisely because the two type systems do not always line up, and there is no restore action anywhere in this connector to undo the loss. So the migration agent does the whole preparation and then asks: "Field Estimated Value on the Supplier Intake form is short text with 2,140 answers. Changing it to number keeps 1,986 of them and cannot convert 154, which are entries like 'about 40k'. Convert and keep the incompatible answers as they are, or convert with Remove Old Data and lose them?" The form owner answers, and the agent runs exactly the version they chose. Reading the column, testing compatibility and counting the casualties is work a person should never do by hand. Deciding that a hundred and fifty four customer answers stop existing is not the agent's call.
Agent Capabilities
133 actionsForms
14- List Forms Lists the forms in the workspace with their slugs and metadata.
- Get Form Reads one form's configuration. Also the poll target after an asynchronous export, because the finished file appears on the form record.
- Create Form Creates a form, which is how a schema owned by your own system becomes a live Formaloo form.
- Update Form Updates a form. Turning Active off is the way to stop accepting responses without deleting anything.
- Delete Form Permanently deletes a form and the submissions collected against it.
- Copy Form Duplicates a form, the safe way to version one that is already collecting.
- Get Form Statistics Reads submission counts and activity for a form, the figure behind a digest or a plan usage warning.
- Get Form Fields Lists a form's fields with their slugs. The first call in almost every write flow, because answers are keyed by field slug rather than by label.
- Export Form To Excel Exports a form's submissions. A large form returns immediately with an async flag, and the file lands on the form record rather than in the response.
- Create Form UTM Link Builds a tracked link to a form, so campaign attribution survives the click.
- Import Form From URL Imports a form from a URL. Queues background work rather than returning a finished form.
- Generate Form From Prompt Generates a form from a written description. Also asynchronous, and worth reviewing before it collects anything real.
- Get Public Form Reads a form through its public route, which is what an embedded or client portal experience needs.
- Get Public Form By Address Reads a public form by its address rather than its identifier.
Fields
8- Create Field Adds a field to a form.
- Get Field Reads one field's definition, including its type and slug.
- Update Field Updates a field's label, settings or validation.
- Change Field Type Changes a field's type. With Remove Old Data on, every answer already submitted for that field is discarded. The operation this page's human gate exists for.
- Get Field Type Compatibility Reports whether existing answers survive a type change. The check to run before any migration, and the evidence a person needs to decide.
- Delete Field Permanently deletes a field and the answers collected in it.
- List Field Choices Lists a choice field's options with their slugs. Answers are submitted as choice slugs rather than visible labels, so this is the resolver between the two.
- List Global Fields Lists the fields shared across the workspace.
Submissions
17- List Form Submissions Lists a form's submissions with filtering on any field slug, using operator suffixes for contains, not equal and range comparisons. Keys that match no field are silently ignored, so verify a filter against Get Form Fields rather than trusting an empty result.
- Create Submission Creates a submission as the connected account. The back office write, for records that originate in another system.
- Submit Public Form Submits through the public display route with only the API key. The write for anonymous, embedded and client portal submissions.
- List All Submissions Lists submissions across the workspace rather than one form.
- List Assigned Submissions Lists submissions assigned to the connected account, which is how a queue of work in progress is read.
- Get Submission Reads one submission. The payload carries raw values for follow up calls, plus title keyed and display versions for summarizing to a person.
- Get Submission By Submit Code Reads a submission by the code the respondent received, which is how a support flow finds the record a customer is asking about.
- Update Submission Updates a submission's answers. This fires the submission updated event, so a flow that both listens for updates and writes back to the same form needs a guard against looping.
- Delete Submission Permanently deletes one submission and its answers.
- Bulk Delete Submissions Permanently deletes many submissions at once. Irreversible, and the action a retention policy should run only against a reviewed selection.
- Generate Submission PDF Renders a submission to PDF from a template. Queues background work, so poll rather than expecting the file inline.
- List Submission PDFs Lists the PDFs already generated for a submission.
- Toggle Submission Vote Toggles a vote on a submission, used where responses are ranked or prioritized by a group.
- List Row Tags Lists the tags applied to submission rows.
- Create Row Tag Tags a row, which is how an agent's triage decision becomes a filter other flows can query.
- Update Row Tag Updates a row tag.
- Delete Row Tag Removes a row tag.
Boards
12- List Boards Lists the boards, which are the apps and portals built on top of collected data.
- Get Board Reads one board's configuration.

- Delete Board Deletes a board.
- Duplicate Board Copies a board, the safe way to test a change to a portal people are using.
- Transfer Board Transfers a board to another workspace or owner.
- List Board Blocks Lists the blocks that make up a board.
- Get Board Block Content Reads the content of one block, which is how a flow reads what a portal is currently showing.
- Delete Board Block Removes a block from a board.
- List Board Forms Lists the forms attached to a board.
- Search Dashboard Searches across the workspace dashboard, the resolver when a flow has a name rather than an identifier.
Organization
15- List Folders Lists the folders that organize forms and boards.
- Get Folder Reads one folder.
- Get Folder Breadcrumb Reads a folder's path, which is how a flow reports where something lives rather than just that it exists.

- Update Folder Updates a folder.
- Delete Folder Deletes a folder along with the forms, boards and subfolders filed inside it. Considerably heavier than it sounds.
- List Tags Lists workspace tags.
- Create Tag Creates a tag.

- Update Campaign Updates a campaign. Only drafts can be updated, which is the platform's own way of saying a send is final.
- Copy Campaign Duplicates a campaign, the only way to base a new send on one that has already completed.
- Send Campaign Test Sends a test of the campaign to a named recipient.
- Delete Campaign Deletes a campaign. Only drafts can be deleted.

- Create Form Webhook Registers a webhook on a form, for delivery to a receiver outside FlowRunner.
- Update Form Webhook Updates a webhook.
- Delete Form Webhook Removes a webhook.
- Send Form Webhook Test Queues a test delivery. It confirms the queue accepted the request, not that the receiver got it, so check the receiver's own logs.
- Get Form Webhook Sample Data Returns a sample delivery payload, which is the cheapest way to build and test a flow before a real submission arrives.
Triggers
1 triggersEvent Triggers
1- On Form Event Registers a Formaloo webhook on a chosen form and removes it when the trigger is removed, firing on a new submission, a submission update, or a completed payment. Deliveries carry the answers in raw, title keyed and display forms, so a flow can act on values and summarize for a person from the same event. Setting the connection's webhook secret makes the trigger verify a shared secret header on every delivery and fail closed if it is missing, which is worth doing because the alternative is accepting whatever arrives at a known URL. Note that Update Submission fires the submission updated event, so a flow that both listens for updates and writes back to the same form needs a guard against looping.
