GetProspect

Sales Intelligence

Find and verify work emails and pull B2B prospect data through GetProspect. Agents enrich a partial lead into a workable record before it enters the pipeline.

11 actions API key available
A scraped list of LinkedIn profile URLs arrives from a research pass
Check People Exist runs in batches of 50 and spends no credits
Agent keeps only the profiles GetProspect holds records for
Bulk Enrich Companies attaches firmographics, also at no credit cost
Sales ops sees the hit rate, the surviving row count and the firmographics
Sales ops approves the paid scope before Bulk Enrich People runs

What This Integration Enables

GetProspect is worth reaching for when the question is not "what is this person's email" but "is this list worth paying for". Two of its operations cost nothing, and they are the two that decide everything downstream. Check People Exist takes up to 50 LinkedIn profile URLs and tells you which ones GetProspect actually holds records for, without spending enrichment credits. Bulk Enrich Companies enriches up to 50 companies per request and, per GetProspect's own documentation, spends no credits at all. Between them, an agent can establish the hit rate on a scraped list and fill in every account record on it before committing a single paid lookup. That inverts the usual order of operations, where you find out what a list was worth after buying it.

The paid half is conventional and complete. Find Email resolves an address from a name plus a domain or company name. Verify Email runs a live check and returns the mailbox, the domain and its status, the detected SMTP provider and whether the domain is free webmail. Lookup Email is the cheaper cached alternative when the stored status is enough. Enrich Person accepts a GetProspect ID, LinkedIn ID, profile URL, email, or name plus company, tried in that priority order, and Bulk Enrich People does the same for up to 50 at a time with per-item identifiers so results correlate cleanly. Search People and Search Companies expose the underlying databases with structured filters covering seniority, department, tenure, headcount, industry, NAICS codes and more, returning 25 results per page. Get Enum Values is the operation that makes those filters usable, returning the exact accepted values for any dimension, including the country codes, the industry taxonomy and the seniority list. An agent that reads the enums first writes searches that work on the first attempt, which is not a small thing when the alternative is an empty result set that looks like a genuine zero.

Without FlowRunner

Paying to discover a miss Every scraped URL is enriched, including the ones no provider holds a record for
Firmographics behind a paywall Account data is treated as a paid lookup even where the vendor does not charge for it
Guessed filter values Search filters are typed by hand and silently return nothing when a value is slightly wrong

With FlowRunner

Misses filtered for free A free existence check removes the unresolvable rows before any credit is committed
Free account enrichment used properly Company records are filled in at no credit cost and inform the decision to buy contact data
Exact filter vocabulary Filter values are pulled from the API itself, so a search returns nothing only when nothing matches

Use Case Scenarios

Qualifying a scraped list before paying for it

A research pass produces 400 LinkedIn profile URLs. The agent chunks them into batches of 50 and calls Check People Exist, which costs nothing and returns which profiles are resolvable. It discards the misses, then calls Bulk Enrich Companies on the associated domains, also at no credit cost, so every surviving row now carries industry, headcount range, country, company type and revenue stream. The list that reaches the paid step is smaller, already qualified on firmographics, and carries a known hit rate. Only then does Bulk Enrich People run, at 50 records per request with an identifier on each item so the results land back on the right rows in HubSpot.

Building an audience with the API's own vocabulary

An outbound team wants a specific slice: a seniority band, a department, a headcount range and a country set. Instead of guessing filter strings, the agent calls Get Enum Values for each dimension first and builds the query from the returned values. It then pages Search People 25 results at a time, collecting the set into Airtable. Search People supports CONTAINS or EXACT matching on job title along with boolean syntax, so the agent can express "operations leader but not operations analyst" as a filter rather than as a manual cleanup pass afterwards.

Verification as the last step before a sequence

Addresses that arrive from partner lists, form fills and imports run through Verify Email before they reach a sending tool. The response gives the mailbox account, the domain and its status, the SMTP provider and whether the domain is free webmail, which is enough for the agent to route on more than a pass or fail. Free webmail domains on a B2B campaign are held rather than sent, since they usually mean the record is a personal address rather than a work one. Where a cached status will do, Lookup Email substitutes for the live check at lower cost.

Human-in-Loop Highlight

GetProspect publishes no credit balance endpoint. Insufficient credits surface as a 402 error, which means an agent finds out it has run dry partway through a batch, with some rows enriched and some not, and no way to have known in advance. That is a real constraint and it is exactly why the paid step here belongs to a person. The agent does the free work first so the decision is an informed one, then stops: "Check People Exist resolved [N] of [N] scraped profiles, a hit rate of [N] percent. Company enrichment is already applied at no credit cost, and [N] rows match the target firmographics. Bulk Enrich People on those [N] rows will spend email credits, and there is no balance endpoint to confirm the remaining allowance. Approve the enrichment at this scope, narrow it, or hold?" Sales ops answers with the hit rate and the qualified count in front of them. This is human-in-the-loop placed where the platform cannot supply its own guardrail, which is the honest reason to put a person in a flow. Not because the agent is unsure what to do, but because the only fact that would let it decide safely is one this API does not expose.

Agent Capabilities

11 actions

Email

3
  • Find Email Finds a person's professional email from their name plus a company domain or company name. Supply either Full Name, or First Name and Last Name together, along with a domain where possible since domains produce more reliable matches.
  • Verify Email Checks whether a single address is deliverable, returning a status together with the mailbox account, the domain and its status, the detected SMTP provider and whether the domain is free webmail. Used before an address is added to a sending sequence.
  • Lookup Email Performs a lightweight lookup of an address, returning its stored status and whether it belongs to a free webmail provider. Cheaper than a full verification when the cached status is enough and a live SMTP check is not needed.

People

4
  • Enrich Person Returns a full person profile from a GetProspect ID, LinkedIn ID, LinkedIn URL, email address, or first and last name plus a company. When several identifiers are supplied they are tried in that priority order.
  • Bulk Enrich People Enriches between 1 and 50 people in a single request, each identified by ID, LinkedIn ID, LinkedIn URL, email, or name plus company. Give each item an identifier to correlate it with its result; when omitted the item index is used. A failure on one item does not fail the request.
  • Check People Exist Checks whether GetProspect holds records for up to 50 LinkedIn profile URLs, without spending enrichment credits. Used as a free pre-filter before bulk enrichment so credits are only spent on profiles that can actually be resolved.
  • Search People Searches the people database using structured filters that combine with AND, returning 25 results per page. Filters cover name, location, job title with CONTAINS or EXACT matching and boolean syntax, seniority, department, tenure in role and company attributes.

Companies

3
  • Enrich Company Returns a company profile from a GetProspect ID, LinkedIn ID, LinkedIn URL, domain or name, tried in that priority order. Includes industry, headcount range, country, company type, business type and revenue stream.
  • Bulk Enrich Companies Enriches between 1 and 50 companies in one request, each identified by ID, LinkedIn ID, LinkedIn URL, domain or name, with per-item identifiers for correlation. Company enrichment spends no credits, making this the efficient way to firmographically qualify a list.
  • Search Companies Searches the company database using structured filters covering names, domains and LinkedIn IDs, industry, company type, business type, revenue stream, country, headcount range or custom bounds, founding year, NAICS codes and keywords.

Reference Data

1
  • Get Enum Values Returns the full list of values accepted for a given filter dimension, including country codes, the industry taxonomy, employee ranges, company types, business types, revenue streams, keyword sources, departments and seniorities. Call this before building a search so filters use exact values.
