What This Integration Enables

FlowRunner agents use GoHighLevel to run lead-to-revenue operations in one place. An agent can capture a lead from a form, create or enrich the contact, tag it, and open an opportunity in the right pipeline. It can message the contact over SMS, email, or WhatsApp, book appointments, log tasks and notes, and manage invoices and products. What it does not do is send money-moving communication unchecked. When an invoice crosses a threshold, the agent prepares it and asks the owner to approve before it sends, so a wrong amount never reaches a customer.

Without FlowRunner

Leads entered by hand Someone copies each form lead into the CRM and opens a deal manually
Inconsistent follow-up The first message depends on who picks up the lead and when
Invoices sent without review Billing goes out with whatever the last editor entered

With FlowRunner

Leads captured on submission A form submission creates the contact, tags it, and opens the opportunity
Consistent first touch The welcome message goes out the same way for every qualified lead
Invoices approved before sending An invoice above a threshold waits for the owner to approve before it sends

Use Case Scenarios

Form-to-Pipeline Capture

On New Form Submission fires. The agent reads the submission, upserts the contact so a repeat lead is not duplicated, and adds the right tags. It opens an opportunity in the correct pipeline with Create Opportunity, sends the welcome message over the contact preferred channel, and logs a task and a note for the owner. The lead is captured, tagged, and in the pipeline without anyone touching the CRM.

Opportunity Stage Sync

On New Opportunity fires, or an upstream signal moves a deal. The agent updates the stage with Update Opportunity Status, logs the change as a note, and posts a summary to the sales channel when a deal is marked won. The pipeline stays accurate and the team stays informed without manual updates.

Invoice Approval Gate

A deal reaches the billing stage. The agent creates the invoice with Create Invoice from the deal and product data. Routine invoices below the threshold can send automatically. An invoice above the threshold is prepared and held for the owner, who approves it before the agent calls Send Invoice.

Human-in-Loop Highlight

When the agent prepares an invoice that crosses a defined amount, it does not call Send Invoice on its own. It pauses and routes to the owner through their preferred channel: "Invoice for [Contact] at [Company] is ready for [amount] against [deal]. Review it here: [link]. Approve it to send, or hold for changes?" The owner approves, and only then does the agent send the invoice. The communication that moves money gets a human before it reaches the customer, while the routine follow-up keeps running on its own.
