Lead-to-Registrant Enrollment
A new lead is created in the CRM. The agent calls Get All Webinars to find the next session and its key, registers the lead with Create Registrant, and captures the personal join URL from the result. It emails the registrant their link and prep details. The lead is enrolled and confirmed without a person copying a link.
Post-Webinar Reporting
After a session runs, the agent calls Get All Sessions to find the session key, then reads Get Attendees, Get Session Performance, Get Session Polls, Get Session Questions, and Get Session Surveys. It logs attendance and engagement into a reporting system and adds attendees to a follow-up nurture list. The post-event report writes itself.
Approval-Required Registration
A webinar is set to require approval. The agent registers routine leads, but a registrant starts in a waiting status because the webinar gates new signups. Instead of leaving the registrant stuck, the agent surfaces the pending registration to the host to approve or decline, then completes the enrollment based on the decision.
Human-in-Loop Highlight
When a registrant lands on an approval-required webinar and starts in a waiting status, the agent does not leave them in limbo or approve them blindly. It pauses and routes to the webinar host through their preferred channel: "[Registrant] from [Account] requested a spot on the [Webinar] on [date]. This webinar requires approval. Approve the registration and send their join URL, or decline?" The host decides, and the agent finishes the enrollment from there. The gate the host set up is honored, and the decision reaches them without anyone watching a queue.
