Pushbullet
MessagingPush notes, links, and files to your devices, share pushes with other people, and send SMS through a connected phone using Pushbullet.
What This Integration Enables
An agent can push instant note, link, or file notifications to your devices when a workflow event occurs, or notify another person by email or broadcast to a channel's subscribers without needing their device details. It can send SMS through a connected phone that has SMS enabled, and it can dismiss, list, and clean up push history or manage the devices that pushes are addressed to. Leaving all targeting fields empty pushes to every device on the account; setting exactly one of Device, Email, or Channel Tag targets a specific destination.

Use Case Scenarios
Priority alert across all your devices
A priority email arrives and a workflow needs to surface it fast. The agent uses Push Link to send a clickable link to the message to every device on the account, leaving the targeting fields empty. The alert appears instantly on whichever device the person is actually looking at, rather than one they have set aside.
SMS through a connected phone
An on-call keyword appears in a monitored channel. The agent lists devices, finds one with SMS enabled, and uses Send SMS to text the on-call phone through that device. The alert reaches someone who is away from their notifications through a plain text message.
Reaching a colleague with a gate
A workflow needs to loop in a colleague by pushing a link to their email address, or broadcast an update to a channel's subscribers. Because that push leaves the account owner's own devices and reaches other people, the agent stops at the human-in-the-loop step and asks for confirmation of the recipient and content before it sends.
Human-in-Loop Highlight
Pushing to your own devices is low-stakes. Pushing to another person by email, or broadcasting to every subscriber of a channel, is not, because that content lands in front of people outside your account. Before the agent sends a push targeted at an email address or a channel tag, it pauses and routes the decision to an operator: "Ready to push this link to the status-updates channel, which reaches all subscribers. Confirm the audience and message, or hold?" This is FlowRunner's human-in-the-loop pattern, where the agent pauses on its own, shows who will receive the push, and resumes when the human answers. Pushes to your own devices go out on their own. Pushes that reach other people get a human decision first.
Agent Capabilities
14 actionsPushes
8- Push Note Sends a text notification with a title and body to your own devices or to another user, targeting all devices when the targeting fields are empty or a specific destination when exactly one is set. Used for plain-text alerts and updates.
- Push Link Sends a clickable URL with an optional title and body, using the same targeting rules as Push Note. Used to deliver a link a recipient can tap to open.
- Push File from URL Pushes a file already hosted at a public URL by providing its URL, name, and MIME type. Used to deliver a document or image as a file push.
- List Pushes Lists pushes on the account, most recent first, with paging and a modified-after filter for incremental sync. Used to review or reconcile push history.
- Get Push Retrieves a single push by its identifier by fetching the push list and matching. Used to look up one push's details.
- Dismiss Push Marks a push as dismissed so it stops appearing as an active notification, without deleting it. Used to clear a handled notification programmatically.
- Delete Push Permanently deletes a single push by its identifier. Irreversible, so it is used deliberately.
- Delete All Pushes Permanently deletes every push on the account. Irreversible and total, so it belongs behind a confirmation step.
Devices
3- List Devices Lists all registered devices, each with its identifier, type, and whether it can send SMS. Used to find a target device or an SMS-capable phone.
- Create Device Creates a virtual device to use as a stable push target, such as a Server Alerts device. Used to give a workflow a durable destination.
- Delete Device Permanently deletes a device by its identifier so pushes can no longer be addressed to it. Used to retire a device.
Chats
1- List Chats Lists active conversations with other users, each with the other party's email and name. Used to discover recipients you can push to.
Account
1- Get User Info Returns the current user's profile and account limits, and serves as a connection check. Used to confirm the access token is valid before sending.
SMS
1- Send SMS Sends a text message through a connected phone that has SMS enabled, given the sending device, one or more recipient numbers, and the message. Used to reach a phone number directly from a workflow.
